So carbon is gas that brakes down to hydrogen and helium before going in...
And steel can go a little farther towards sun before evaporating.. 200 degrees closer at least
so steel is full of a heavier gas bomb in my hypothesis and needs to be broken up outside stars(broken down)
Is steel capable of going into sun with an element thats wrong way
Like iron has no air to boil out
And steel goes just as far with carbon in it..
Other words can u answer me with..
Carbon is already IN the sun and is capable of braking down Carbon INSIDE the star/sun
Only way I see steel boiling is inside and it releases carbon gas at once..carbon bomb

Hi:
Carbon is not a Gas but a Element composed of 6 protons and 6 neutrons basically it a lump of coal in a plasma state when inside of the sun
Steel will vaporize long before it reach even the surface of the sun much less get through it However even if it does. the Sun would reduce it down to it individual atoms due to atomic motion ( remember heating a substance is making it atoms moving at great speed of it great heat ( the Surface is 180,000 degrees F steel vaporize at 5,000 degrees F
and any carbon in the Steel will boil out it due to lighter density and momentary combine with the free hydrogen of the sun and be pull away before begin torn apart
In fact the carbon is used in what is called the Carbon Nitrogen - Oxygen fusion cycle where carbon fuses with nitrogen to which with fuse with hydrogen to form oxygen which fuse with another hydrogen atom to form carbon and helium this uses less energy than fusing four hydrogen nuclei to get energy for more info :

and the iron atom in the steel would slowly sink to core of rhe sun or be shot out into space with the next solar flare
You need to study Nuclear Physics especially Fusion here are some websites:
