Ok I need a system, that if the fire system goes off, it does not destroy my office.
I have been told to use water sprinklers by different contractors, but I am not taking there advice. I was researching into the gas sprinklers that fill the room with carbon monoxide and no air equals no fire so the rest of the computer systems wont get damaged. Is this the best system or are there any others
Also I am not bothered about cost of the system as a fire could cause more destruction costing more money than a fire system.

I believe you mean carbon dioxide not monoxide.
There are numerous systems available depending on how much have to spend. Below are two from a simple web search.

The gas system would reduce the oxygen level in the room though, and that wouldn't be good for anyone in the room at the time.

Of course you do not want a carbon monoxide system. Also you do not want a carbon dioxide system. A carbon monoxide system would poison you. A carbon dioxide system could suffocate you.
Normally I would recommend a wet pipe sprinkler system and enough fire insurance to recover the loss. Given your strong preferences I would recommend one of the non-ozone depleting gaseous systems. Checkout http://www.nobel-fire-systems.com/gaseous.htm to find out what they are, Then check out the individual types under their names and numbers
