Molecular Compounds:
1) Non Metal + Non Metal
2) They Share Electrons, so it has no charges
3) Uses prefixes like mono, di, tri ect.. that describes how many atoms it has

Ionic Compounds:
1) Metal + Non Metal
2) Donate Electrons
3) Accept Electrons
4) Non metal ending is changed to ide
5) Has charges
