I'm trying to get a little more tuned, get a little slimmer. My question is really about muscle machines, for example, legs, arms, etc. can make a "beefy" instead of slimmer? I also wonder how I get the inner thighs o forearms less. I am a girl at 166 cm o 60 kg and am not exactly great, but it feels like it could be better.
