Is this dehydration synthesis? 10 easy ppoints!

hydrolysis.Dehydration synthesis combines two monomers, releasing a molecule of water in the process. So it would be the linking together of individual amino acids to form a chain (protein) that would involve dehydration synthesis.......
An example of dehydration synthesis would be protein undergoing this process and reverting into linked “chains” of amino acid. An example of hydrolysis would be when ATP is converted to ADP+Pi, the phospate group is removed through hydrolysis.

"An example of dehydration synthesis would be protein undergoing this process and reverting into linked “chains” of amino acid"

That's a bit muddled, but would be the opposite ... hydrolysis.

Dehydration synthesis combines two monomers, releasing a molecule of water in the process. So it would be the linking together of individual amino acids to form a chain (protein) that would involve dehydration synthesis.
