Please help, This is my science question, and I'm really confused D:
they said Infer: If a water molecule (h2o) has two hydrogen atom and 1 oxygen atom, how would u describe the makeup of a carbon dioxide molecule (Co2) ?
10 points ! Please

-
CO2 is composed of 1 carbon atom double-bonded to 2 oxygen atoms. The molecule is linear, with the carbon atom in the middle→ O=C=O
-
I think it is simply the combination of 1 mole of carbon with 2 moles of oxygen to give 1 mole of CO2
-
one carbon atom and two oxygen atoms. Use a similar description to the one they used on the water molecule and you can't go wrong.
-
Carbon atom in middle, hydrogen on either side.
O=C=O
O=C=O
