Classify the following as exponential growth, exponential decay, or neither: y=1/3^x

im thinking growth but i think im wrong

that's decay. Think about it- when x (the time) gets higher, y will get smaller or decay.

I'd also say decay.

When x=1, y=.33333333333
When x=2, y=.111111111111
When x=1, y=.037037037037
