Sometimes when i go down on big drops on rollercoasters, my stomach churns. Or even when im in the car and there is a big dip, i will feel my stomach. Why does this happen and what causes it to trigger?

You feel the contents of your stomach moving. In a closed system, contents inside stay still until there is a change of velocity. (ex. going up/down hills and going around turns) Upon the velocity change, the G force will move the objects on the inside, similar to taking a fast turn in a car, how you tend to lean toward one way

I understand your complications and it's nothing to be worried about. This is called "Vertigo".
This is completely normal and is nothing to be afraid of.

I hope this helped :)
