Question about the moon.?
When the first man landed on the moon why didn't he just take a selfie to prove he was there?

If you do not believe all the other evidence a selfie would make no difference. If you do not accept evidence you do not accept it. Clearly you have not given much thought to the many great difficulties of faking Moon landings.

They took photos of each other, the LEM and also set a camera up to watch them and the LEM taking off again

Neil also filmed Buzz doing a strange loping Bunny type hop showing the best way to manoeuvre over the surface

When Neil was coming down the ladder for the first time, he pulled a lever that allowed a video camera to swing into place, which recorded him at the base of the ladder.

Plus there were two people per lunar landing. So you can get pictures of each, taken by the other.

A modern smart phone has far more computing power than the Apollo Guidance Computer used in 1969 to land men on the moon.
