How does China's space agency communicate with the Chang'e 4?

answers:
Iridflare say: There are 2 satellites involved - Queqiao is at the L2 point, over the far side of the Moon, and there's a microsatellite, Longjiang-2, orbitting the moon. Longjiang-1 should have been orbitting too, but something went wrong.
-
Ronald 7 say: They have a Lunar Sattelite in Orbit as well silly
-
poldi2 say: Same way any space agency communicates with any spacecraft - radio.
-
tham153 say: Chin placed a relay satellite in a halo orbit around the Moon's L1 point several months ago.
-
Funnelweb say: Radio signals are being relayed via the Queqiao relay satellite which is orbiting beyond the Moon.

The far side of the Moon is also called the dark side, not because it receives any less sunlight than the near side, but because:
- until recently almost nothing was known about it; and
- when the farside is in lunar night it really is totally dark, whereas the nearside receives some illumination from light reflected from the Earth.
-
Adullah M say: Read this article it may help us to understand how they communicate to the far side of the moon when spinning and in its orbital path of the moon around the earth.
-
Bill-M say: There is another space Craft Orbiting the moon that provides radio relay.
There is NO Dark Side of the moon. The FAR SIDE gets just as much sunlight and the side facing Earth.
