Many of these UFO theories, and these alien invasion movies that we watch in the media have always made many of us feel intrigued. Unlike our Earth, the first planet that the scientists have seemingly discovered was the planet Mars, which may possibly have life on it. But I was just thinking, what if there is no...

Microorganisms would be counted as life. Therefore, in your question, if there are no microorganisms, then they cannot evolve into anything (evolution implies that life already exists).

"Invading" our planet makes no sense for many reasons (that usually have nothing to do with the reasons for invasion in movies). Our water? There is more water in Saturn's rings (frozen, but available) or even the Oort cloud. Plus the fact that Earth is "deep" within the gravitational well of the Sun (translation = you'd need more fuel to get here and more fuel to take the water away).

As for your "silent conspiracy" you make the same mistake that all the conspiracy "theorists" make: you use the singular (no "s") for government.
Which government? A federal government from one of 190 countries? A state government? A municipal government?
You can see how well these governments fail to agree on anything, including saving the future of our planet, how (and why) do you expect them to keep a secret about aliens?
The first people to (seriously) find out about aliens will probably be astronomers. There are millions in the world if you include the amateurs. The majority of them are not American. The majority of those who are American do NOT work for any government agency. Very few work for NASA. And in general, they sometimes make announcements before the information has been verified by other astronomers. (Remember when one astronomer announced that asteroid Apophis was going to kill us all?)

ALL these astronomers know that glory (and riches, in some cases) come from being the first to publish serious information in a scientific journal (most of those are NOT controlled by any government).
"The government" (any government) would probably find out about aliens the same way the rest of us would find out: there would be a major announcement by a group of astronomers and a journal.

"what if the government knew about the existence of extraterrestrials"? That would mean the rest of us would already know.
Trump would either take credit for the discovery OR would ask for 5 gazillion dollars to build a dome to keep them out.
Or both.

Kathy Miller say: Extraterrestrials have visited earth and still are. They have captured many crashed spaceships and shot some down, and then back engineered the technology. That is how we got the computer chips. The Bible is full of stories of interference of alien life. We even all have some alien DNA. It is not secret to those in the know. The government laughs, all they have to do is lie to us 3 times and we will believe anything. Mistaken an alien ship for an air balloon? Really! Try reading the Montauk Project and related books by Preston Nichols and Peter Moon. He actually was in an alien ship they wanted him to help back engineer, it was a small ship but inside it was huge, and moved through an alternate reality. We will never be able to reach planets with the way they are trying now. You have to be able to warp space/time and move through it very quickly. In the Montauk Project they moved through time and created wormholes of which they abducted thousands of children, mostly boys and threw them through the time travel tunnels to make sure it was safe for them to go. Many were lost.

IF there are, then it is more likely "they" have the same capabilities as "Us".
So, they would likely be trapped on their planet(s) just as we are.

say: We are here after all so why not. I doubt we are alone. I think the earth/moon might have even been fabricated by them. It looks to be intelligently designed. There’s the pyramids and lots of other evidence that aliens where at least at one time with us in our early lives. The government or whatever it was at the time could have hidden it from the general public maybe even at the command of the aliens. There’s been stories of the government working hand to hand with our government at like Area 51 and stuff. I wonder some times if that has any truth to it. The wars in Israel way way back also I think the Roman government might have been there not for political reasons. But they heard about the ark of the covenant and it supposedly has some kind of magical powers, or tequnoligy.......... By you guessed it.. Aliens. There are theories going around that we are living in the matrix and the universe is just a hologram.
