Nope, would've been around noon for you and over Australia. Besides it was 3.5 earth radii away, you could almost fit two earth's in that distance and it was only 45 meters across so you would've needed a properly aimed telescope to see it. It's long gone now.
But there was a meteor traveling in the other direction yesterday that entered the atmosphere above Russia, it exploded in the upper atmosphere but the shock wave broke windows and set off car alarms over a wide area, 1,200 people were injured by flying glass. The explosion itself was as large as 5 Hiroshima bombs ( fortunately it was very far away from the ground ), Moscow dispatched 20,000 first responders to the area. You should be seeing a lot of videos from cell phones of that one.
