Can anyone explain how I could simplify ∛250

[From: ] [author: ] [Date: 13-02-16] [Hit: ]
so that would be 5 ∛2 ...I hope thats right.........
As well as √a^2 OVER √b^5
Thank you, it would be greatly appreciated

-
∛(125*2) =
5∛2

-
Factor 250: 5*5*5*2
so there are three 5's ...so that would be 5 ∛2 ...

√a^2
Factor a^2: A*A
so the answer is A

√b^5
Factor b^5: b*b*b*b*b
so the answer is b^2√b

I hope that's right...I haven't taken this math in 25 years. Its my best guess, but that's how I'd think to approach it. Good luck.
