Not in any of our lifetimes.
50 years is a long time between drinks.
(between the last moon landing 1972 and the next one which won't be fore 2025)
And that's the easy destination.
Mars is more complicated.

4 light years, not AU. Big difference. To take a human 4 AU away (and keep him/her alive) it would take 32 years.

With probes, possibly, after literally millions of years have passed. With people? Not a chance.

Mere human nature. Unless one has a profound interest in such a subject, I doubt it.
