I was walking up the dark path near my house sometimes i see what looks like a child hiding in the tree at the end of the path but when i get near there's no one there. This has happened about 7 or 8 times. But today when i got to the tree i thought i could see someone in the tree sort of hiding behind the branches i was looking really hard when it was as though someone ran up behind me to hit me but when i turned to look no one was there

Very probably, a demon is playing tricks on you.

Your head can play a lot of tricks on you. If you stare hard enough at something your mind tries to make it seem it's real. Happens to ordinary people all the time.
