If I'm in my twenties now, will I live long enough to where technology could make me immortal

Why would you want to live forever? If you're immortal, your body will still be old and useless. You'll just be a financial burden on your family. If they do get something to make you immortal, im positive it wont be for sale and they most likely will just destroy it. What would happen if someone like osama got a hold of it?

When your immortal you will eventually want to die. All the things you will go through, all of your family you will see grow up, then die. And how the world changes so drastically. Trust me... I know ( i was immortal then i time travelled back to when i was deciding to be immortal, and i didn't do it.

Its possible. I was thinking the same thing when i was your age, like twenty years ago. Things are progressing, its just not clear when or if the big break through will come. If it does come, there will be huge changes to society.

I think I would be willing to ride those out to get a shot at living a very very long time.

Those of us who can see into the future will tell you that even if you were able to be immortal, you would change your mind eventually.

Most people feel the same way you do at your age. Make the best use of the time you have. That's the way to feel satisfied and happy when you are old.

Ignoring pseudoscience like cryonics, the best answer I can give is "almost definitely", although it's more a matter of living till functional longevity treatments become available, which will effectively tide people over till functional immortality goes online.
