Do you think Man will ever explore outside out galaxy Before my time comes (17 years old)

Inn the last few months, I have become deeply facinated with astronomy and I was looking at wikipedia today because I was bored...
I know it would take millions of years to go outside of our galaxy at current technology, but do you think They will before I turn 80?

I would say that, optimistically, with your life time, you could see the first efforts to put permanent human settlements elsewhere in the solar system. You could see the beginnings of asteroid mining, nuclear fusion, and great advances in telescopic space exploration which would vastly improve our understanding of other galaxies (as well as our own). Within your NATURAL life-span, I would consider it to be highly unlikely that we will have ventured outside of the solar system in any significant manner. But then, who is to say that your life-span will be "natural"?

It could be possible with the new advancement of it is correct what scientists have found with the partial that can travel faster than the speed of light and they can implement and adapt this tecnology in to a space craft engine in the next 80 years then year theoretically it would be a possibility

If it does turn out to be right it's a massive breakthrough just to prove Einstein wrong and we are still an early culture in science and still making big break through one breakthrough like the one they did could change everything and all our views and makeup a possibili

Look at the breakthroughs in the last 50 years and whats in changed our live styles and what we know now from back then so who knows its not an app solute science truth is no one can really answer your question just assume.
