Well, you'd have to find the greatest number that can divise into both 15x and 45x^2. Off the bat you should know that x can divise both of them, so that leaves you with 15 and 45x. Both 15 and 45 are divisible by 15, because 15 X 3 = 45). So your answer would be 15x as the GCD.
