Yes, I'd like to visit the moon, but I don't think I'd like to live there.
Though I'd like to look down at the earth from above,
I would miss all the places and people I love,
So although I might like it for one afternoon,
I don't want to live on the moon

The process to terraform the Moon would take to long, infact way too long, so it is not possible to 'Live' on the Moon however it is possible to set up a base on the Moon but that is all.

No. Terra forming the moon would be nearly impossible as the weak gravity would allow for all the gases we would need (oxygen) to escape into outer space.

No.Remember, astronauts have only visited moon but they have not settled on moon.

I suppose if you would transport water and food over there, and have everyone wearing spacesuits optimized for moon conditions.

At some time in the future, yes. However, without artificial gravity they would need to return to earth every year or so to remain healthy, at least with today's medicine.
