ok soo yeah dieing kind of sucks.. its a bummer, true but what can you do about it? is there actual proof?

There is proof that planet X is going to hit us/ it's debris will. 100% chance of either, but more of the debris. We probably won't die though. It will just cause a crater and some weather changes.

As for the Big 2012 Hoax, we have known for quite some time now that it is... a hoax. It was created during the summer of 2003, as a recycling of the Planet X hoax (we all died on May 13, 2003). The date comes from a lie invented in 1987 by Anthony Argüelles from Minnesota, who passed himself off as a reincarnated Mayan god. He changed his first name to José, to make it sound more believable. He is the one who made up the end-of-the-Mayan-calendar, which gave the Big-2012-Hoax charlatans the date for their recycled hoax.
The hoax itself was "improved" with other (usually older) hoaxes that had nothing to do with 2012 when they were invented.
examples:
Planetary Alignment (hoax invented in 1974, called Jupiter Effect, for a planetary alignment that actually took place in March 1982).
Nibiru: a different fake planet (not the same fake planet as Planet-X) invented in the 1960s by Zechariah Sitchin; in his original story, it cannot come back before the year 2085.
Galactic plane stuff (there are many versions): most were created during the 1960s, for the "Age of Aquarius" (an astrology idea), which is said to begin in or after the year 2085 (yes, there is a link with the 2085 picked by Sitchin for his fake planet Nibiru).
