Who to call upon the possible sighting of a UFO

I am able to see multiple objects in the sky that don't move, are blue & flickering, and are triangularly paired up. As well, two military helicopters flew overhead in the direction of one of the objects. I am not sure what these objects are but I just want to know if there is some hotline that you can call where they will tell you the location of stars, planets etc and where if there are not any astronomical objects, to explain what could possibly be there.

Watch those stars for 15 minutes to see if they really don't move. I suspect you are seeing the constellation Bootes. The bright big orange star is Arcturus. OR you are seeing part of the constellation Ophiucus along with part of the constellation Scorpio. It would help a lot if you could tell us what direction you are looking and how high in the sky your triangle is, and approximately where you are. I'm pretty sure you are NOT seeing UFO's

What could possibly be there is stars, shining and twinkling in a clear sky, as they have done since time began.

And you saw helicopters! That's nice.

The almost full moon should also be visible sometime during the night. If you are lucky you might also see some satellites or even a meteor.

I would suggest first checking to see if they were stars that were twinkling. And their position for that given night and time. here's some links for getting free software that will help you.

Next, how do you know that those aircraft were military? Civilians and businesses can also own and fly them.
