This will sound like a troll, I promise it is not.
I realize that humans, chimpanzees and gorillas are all different species. I know this. However, we are "similar" in many ways, and are obviously all mammalian forms.
Why is it that I've never been to the zoo, or watched a nature documentary, and seen Betsy the Chimpanzee sporting a DD cup? Or Frieda the Gorilla getting laughed at because her once proud, firm bosom is now old and saggy?
Meanwhile, human women have breasts of all sizes, some of which are clearly large and obvious in ways that I've never seen with apes.
Is it a simple matter of different species (as seems obvious)?
Thanks. Seriously, this is an honest-to-God question.

Humans are the only mammal that have breasts that are permanently enlarged. yes, they get larger during pregnancy, but are "swollen" before that. Other primates don't have permanently enlarged mammaries, so they appear flat and sag when she is not pregnant or lactating.
