I don't mean apes, I am referring to people from other planets, or maybe their race was once from a planet, until it was destroyed, and they had to migrate to space to repopulate. I just want to send an anonymous message to a benevolent race. A message that could help save us, as a species, or even a collected knowledge which has been spread throughout the universe, or possible multiverse. But what would be best, would be for them to tell me, how I personally could see, hear, and know without a doubt if someone is telling the truth, and to what extent they are telling it in.

I think your search is going to be impossible unless you realize how distant we are from each other. You won't ever see me, for example, but you might get this transmission as it travels through time and space. Oh, by the way, I'm wearing several shades of green. Live long and prosper, Earthling.

Well, all our television, radio, radar, etc. that are sent using electromagnetic radiation over the past 50/60 years since invention have been traveling into outer space.
If some other civilization within 50light years of us can detect those signals (if they are "intelligent") then yeah, we could contact them.
But they more than likely wouldnt be able to understand us or us them.
