try out the alternatives. you'll find a perfect fit in
y = 1+3x [ B ]
-----------
y = 1+3x [ B ]

easy question, the form first of all are your cartesian coordinates, they are the number in the brackets (1, 4) is your first one so think of them like this (x, y) so simply plug in the x value into the equation and solve for y
so the answer is B
lets solve them
y=1+3(1)
y=1+3
y=4 you can see that the y value receive by solving for y corresponds to the solution in the cartesian coordinates
again for coordinates (4, 13)
y=1+3(4)
y=1+12
y=13 again matches the coordinates given
see of you can do the last one for yourself
so the answer is B
lets solve them
y=1+3(1)
y=1+3
y=4 you can see that the y value receive by solving for y corresponds to the solution in the cartesian coordinates
again for coordinates (4, 13)
y=1+3(4)
y=1+12
y=13 again matches the coordinates given
see of you can do the last one for yourself

First of all, for coordinates, the first one is x, and the second is y. Meaning its (x, y)
So basically you put the x and y's into the formulas and test if it works.
Try taking (1,4) into A.
It doesn't work, it says 4 = 3-1
If you take it into B, it works.
If you take it into C, it doesn't work.
If you take it into D, it works too.
So now you have to see whether it's B or D, because both works.
Now just continue taking in the other two coordinates and test.
Good luck.
PS: Just in case you're wondering the answer is B, because the second coordinate doesn't work in D.

You find that the equation of the line passing through the first two points is y=3x+1 and this
also passes through the point (6,19). So.....
also passes through the point (6,19). So.....

B or C (u have to plot it on a graph to see)
