Not all scorpions are venomous, and they do bite unless provoked.Plus, not all piranhas are carnivores — some feed on seeds , and even if they are carnivorous, they prefer feeding on other fish,crustaceans..etc and not humans.
I would rather be fill in a pit of scorpions. I would rather pass out of scorpion venom then bleed to death and be ripped up by piranhas.

Pit of scorpions. Just because you are in a pit of scorpions does not mean they are going to sting you; on the other hand piranhas are more than likely going to bite you
