now i live in a place where tornadoes are very rare to see (Sydney , Australia) && i know the chance of a tornado ever hitting me is highly unlikely , but i`m still terrified to death of them ! ever since i watched that documentary of tornadoes && learnt that tornadoes can form from severe thunderstorms , i`ve gotten even more scared of tornadoes ! we dont really get severe thunderstorms , but 2 days ago we got a very bad thunderstorm && i looked out my window && i saw a funnel shaped cloud with all the clouds moving fast ! i`m soo scared of tornadoes , whenever we get a thunderstorm warning , i get stressed out && my stomach starts hurting cs i can picture a tornado forming in my head && im scared of thunderstorms , but i`m more scared of tornadoes ! please , how can i get rid of this fear ?

Ive lived in arkansas almost 5 years and theres never been a tornado in my city since we lived here and arkansas in n tornado alley so I wouldn't worry about it
