why is it when theres a drawing/diagram of human heart the left is on the right and the right is on the left? like for example the left atrium and ventricle are shown on the right side of the heart?

The diagram always shows the heart as if the person was standing in front of you. So the lefts and rights are gonna be switched, other than that, inside u its in the right place :)

Because they are named "left" and "right" from the perspective of who's heart it is. The diagram is probably the perspective of a doctor or someone that's doing heart surgery, so there looking at it form the opposite side. It's like how if you look in a mirror, writing is reversed.

This is because the point of view is of you looking at someone's heart from the front. Thus the left ventricle would be on your right and their left.
