time= 2.And i believe we have to use the delta d formula but how do i work this out and everything? Please help, thanks!-x = 1/2 * g * t^2, so x = 1/2 * 9.......
Alexandre Despatie dives off a platform above the water. If he enters the water 2.4 seconds later, how high was the platform?

So far i have:
Acceleration= 9.8 m/s^2
time= 2.4 seconds
V1=0
And i believe we have to use the delta d formula but how do i work this out and everything? Please help, thanks!

x = 1/2 * g * t^2 , so x = 1/2 * 9.8 * 2.4^2 = 28.2 m
