Gary K say: No, there's actually no compelling evidence for ghosts or anything "paranormal". Ghosts completely lack any scientific plausibility and there's no great scientific mystery that requires "ghost" as an explanation.
Ghost sightings and other paranormal phenomena can typically be attributed to misinterpretations, misunderstandings, human superstition, delusion or hoaxes. We know that people are fallible and we know how our brains make mistakes. There has been active research in this area for over 100 years yet no one has produced a single jot of proper evidence for anything paranormal.
The most rational position to take is one of open-minded skepticism. Given that paranormal claims are quite extraordinary, there is no need to think any if it is true until extraordinary evidence is produced.

English Guy say: Yes, several times. I have seen several ufo's hovering silently or making manoeuvres whilst travelling at great speed. I have heard a security man whistling and jangling keys in a place where he could not have possibly stood. The noise stopped when I spoke to him. I stopped my car on a long lonely road at around two or three in the morning to pick up a guy in an old type duffle coat with wooden pegs for buttons. The road was a good mile long and the guy was leaning forward into the wind and snow with his head down to stop his hood blowing off. The amber road lights were making sure there was good visibility but when he failed to reach my car after near a minute, I stepped out of the car. There was nobody there. the snow was pure with no footprints at all. I walked back over and still no prints. There were only fields on either side and they, just like the paving showed completely virgin snow. He had simply disappeared. I often wonder what would have happened if he made it to the car and got in. Maybe he would have disappeared as we were driving.
