I got burned by boiling water, two girls got concussions, three people tore something in there legs and or arms and today a kid got hit by a car and then car accidents recently to people in my town and more accidents in the past month only? What could it be? A string of bad luck maybe? I'm worried !

I'm guessing that you were just in the wrong time to witness karma being eliminated, when one suffers it is usually the cause of karma, usually, i can't say 100% always though. just remember that everything happens for a reason.
