Im scared of ghosts?

So some people were telling me about ghosts and how one of them has a ghost she always see's at night in her room, this really shook me up and im probably not gona be able to sleep at night! Any help??

I know a lot of people who have ghostly experiences. If you have a ghost in your home, it should be obvious. You get chills, unexplainable things happen, you feel like someone is watching you. You've probably lived in your house for a while now, and if nothing has happened yet then your house probably isn't haunted so no worries! If worst comes to worst, have a pet or family member sleep in your room with you until your fear fades away a bit. Just remember this: the harder you believe that your house IS haunted, the more likely you'll think you see something that actually isn't there. Hope you feel better! :)

Separate the fear from the ghosts. You're somewhere between paranoia and phobia. I met a ghost once that shook me up more than any previous fear, and have sensed a few that have turned my stomach. So now I no longer fear ghosts in general, but would like never to feel any of those feelings ever again. You've no more reason to fear ghosts than you have to fear people: You must have met people who shook you up? And met people who you never want to meet again? Well, it's no different. THERES NO SUCH THING AS GHOSTS! Plus, if your friend really saw a 'ghost' she would probobly be shaking and scared all the time and she would probobly tell her parents who would take her to a doctor.

So yeah, there are no ghosts, it's just a fake pictures and videos that are put on the Internet to scare people.

It's ok to be scared of them... Because You'll NEVER SEE ONE.
