1) Amphibians do not have to expend as much energy as say a mammal,& therefore do not have as strong appendages for locomotion as compared to those found in mammals - & for this reason, their heart doesn't have 4 chambers,as partial amount of wastes in blood can be overcome in amphibians.
2) A poisonous snake has to make a fast movement to inject poison in its prey, which kills it & also helps in digestion, whereas as a python doesn't have this poison,so has very strong musculature to crumble & crush its prey by a flash attack, but doesn't travel as much distance as a poisonous snake do,& hence it has powerful constrictor muscles, but comparatively weak lateral muscles.
3) Birds bones need to be lighter, with air spaces in them,so as to make them lighter. This condition isex amplifiedd by bird's physiology excreting all Phosphates in its excreta which are got from its food.If this is not done, then its bones would become heavier & they would stop flying.
4) Sargassum seaweeds have air bladders as some of the leaves are modified into air bladders. This helps the plant to remain as erect as possible,& doesn't touch any substratum, this is because it needs Sunlight to carry out photosynthesis.

You have two eyes offset from one another to grant you depth perception, ears on either side of your head to allow for directionality in understanding sound. Your eyes, ears and nose are as close to your brain as possible because your sensory perceptions keep you alive and therefore need to be understood as quick as possible. I don't even know where to start in regards to the cool anatomy of the hand a wrist in regards to its physiology but it's the coordination of many joints and the opposition of the digits that make it possible to do pretty much everything we do with our hands.

Anatomy I think is more about where things are in relation to each other and physiology is about how those different parts work together.
So anatomy, I guess, is 'where' and physiology is about 'how'.

you cannot understand how the lungs extract oxygen from the air we breathe without understanding that the lung is made up of a bronchial tree and alveoli, which allow for the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.
