My brother passed away 4 days ago in a car accident and yesterday was his funeral the day bofore that we put up his picture in our house and after the funeral and everything my dog suddenly atarted barking aggressively at the picture and the later on I hugged him and he calmed down but what could he have seen?

Yes dogs can see spirits they have sense which are many times stronger than our own many belief they can't see then as such but they can sense them through smell etc

Next time I find a talking dog, I'll ask it for you. Your dog could have been reacting to any number of things that you might not have been aware of but that doesn't necessarily mean ghosts. I notice three of the first four answers have all said 'yes' - these are all baseless opinions and certainly not facts. There is simply no way of knowing if dogs can see ghosts, whether you believe in ghosts or not.

Apparently they can because they are used in ghost hunts. They can not only see them but smell them and hear them. Yes dogs can indeed see ghosts.
