Is this a true paranormal acthvity?? Pls help.

I'm from Bangladesh. I heard this story 2 days ago. The story was something like this-there was a clinic in a Chinese rural area.. In 1991 it was sealed for unknown reasons.. Then in 1993 a developer company bought the whole hospital along with all the goods of the hospital. They wanted to build a apartment there..but they thought to unload the hospital first..as decided the hospital was handed over to a unloading company. There were two shift each having two guards..after 3/4 days at midnight the guards of the nightshift decided to take rest and sat in a room beside the OT room..one was reading newspaper and another was drinking tea. They were gossiping. Suddenly the heard some noise and thought that maybe thief or any small animal had access to the OT room. 1 guard told the other to go to check what happened. After 10 minutes the guard remembered the other one and got anxious about what happened..he went to see what happened and got surprised to see the red light switched on as it was a sealed hospital . He then saw that the light on the OT bed was also switched on..he then peeped inside the room and got stumbled to see that the other guard was lying on OT bed and as if someone was pulling him from each side..then after 3 or 4 sec later his body was swiftly cut down ..and then he saw that all the body parts had been thrown here and there..he then noticed at the mirror some doctors who were invisible in bare eyes..though they werent real doctors. Watching this he got unconscious and went to Coma..after three days he got sense and told about this to everyone. But he began to get mentally sick and died in next 15 days... Then after forcing the old owner of the hospital they learned that there were some sick doctors who used to eat up the livers and kidneys of all newborn child..for which the hospital was sealed...
Did anyone hear this story?? Pls help me if this was real.

No of course it is not real, I think people would start to notice if newborns were missing their livers and kidneys.

Sounds like a very good Horror movie.
