I think I am being haunted by ghosts

ok, I dont want any scary things please I am only 13 and am EXTREMELY FREAKED OUT!!! I stayed an all nighter tonight and suddenly my foot went numb. then the handle for the blind o my room bumped into the wall and made a slightly loud sound... then I saw the handle moving and I think i can here a whisper... Im not sure if im paranoid... I can feel something touching my shoulder but nothing is there.. As i said before I might just be paranoid... I am muslim so please tell me what to do.. and please no scary comments its really late at night and everyone is sleeping and I am sleeping in my bedroom downstairs and everyone else is upstairs.. PLease help me I am scared like hell you cant imagine! PLEASE HELP! what shall I do??? I am crawled in my bed and my laptop battery is low so please answer quick thanks... Im like praying for my life now... please fast! I can feel a presence in my room. and its not just me.. help me please!!!!!!!!! :'(

Im not very religious but I do pray but not like, from the quran .. I want to but I have never read it.. I dont know any surahs so if you can just tell me what to say :) and I dont have a prayer mat, I dont know how to pray as in like proper pray... because I am Druze muslim... the lebanese version. please help! :(

Probably a breeze moved the curtain handle. Does your house have air conditioning or a fan that could make the curtains move?

As for ghosts, if you tell them to leave they generally do.

Calm down before you shoot a load in your pants. Your just being paranoid I used to have nights like that all the time until I got older
