honestly your mind is so powerful it is so hard to explain n i doubt anyone in the civilization of man will never everfigure out but I don't believe in ghost n I've never seen any. what you must do right now is try to be brave (i know it seems impossible, i am only 12 so i know how it is but u must try) just show the spirit that ur not scared and tell it to stop, if u want go upstairs and if things still happen try asking the spirit why it's doing this and listen VERY CLOESELY for an answer, u must stay calm and be brave cuz spirits r made of energy and fear just gives them more, the hand may be a spirit trying to comfort u just please stay come, if u wan to tell me what happens after trying to talk to the spirit(s) i will try to help u out and know wat to do, my email is alifox4822@yahoo.com the first time i could like start seeing hearing and senseing spirits i wouldn't even go upstairs, now (as long as they r good energy) i love having them around, i feel safe
