What formula represents an amino acid? PIC INCLUDED JUST PICK THE RIGHT ONE

Its a botany question from the prentice hall biology book

Well, noting that amino acids have nitrogen in them and choice C is the only molecule listed that has a nitrogen in it, C would have to be the answer. To be more specific, an amino acid has a functional group of a nitrogen with three hydrogens attached to it at the end of the molecule.
