If you're determined to be that stupid, just buy one for a couple of bucks. Apparently they sell them at Toys 'R Us, which I find somewhat disturbing, myself.
But really, don't. Just don't. Paranormal experts suggest the game opens the doors to invite everyone and their brother into your home, and demons apparently like the opportunity. Some people get lucky, some don't, and it can cause serious problems. Even if these theories are incorrect, there is no reason to take the risk, unless you're a moron. So just don't.

I tried to make an ouija board out of paper once. What i did was get a plain peice of paper, then write all the letters of the alphabet on the top, then under neath them all the numbers up to 9. Then on the very bottom sides, on the bottom left write goodbye, then on the bottom right, write Hello. Then find some where to put Yes and No. Good Luck, and be careful.

The concept of a ouija board is that a living person in this world can talk to a spirit, ghost, phantasm or energy from beyond death, or in another realm of existence.
A ouija board can be made from any flat-board surface. Despite what some people will tell you, you don't have to have some special board or pointer. The key part is that the surface is as smooth as possible.
The board usually has YES and NO written in the corners and around the edges the letters from A to Z and the numbers 0-9.
The people playing place a relatively light glass upside-down on the board in the centre. Each person then places the tips of one finger on top of the upside-down glass. Make sure that the glass is moveable (ie you can slide it) on the surface and then re-seat it in the centre.
There has to be an agreement that nobody will push the glass. If one person starts deliberately trying to move the glass it kills the whole atmosphere.
