I mean things as light because in science i learned that the color of stars are these colors from hottest to coldest blue, white, yellow, orange, & red. So is it any kind of light for example a laser or something.

yeas, all things change color as their temperature changes. I am not sure I understand the rest of your "question". light itself doesnt have a temperature, but the object that emits it does, and as the objects temperature changes either the light it reflects or the light it emits undergoes a change. The "color" of a laser is NOT based on its temperature

for object that generate light by the motion of atoms, that is the temperature of the material
the color emitted is a known relation to temperature. things have to get fairly hot say 300C before they begin to be visible but even ice gives off a "color" of light
lasers and neon lights work on a different principle that is a little harder to understand
radio waves are a "color of light" that is electromagnetic waves

Depends

Some things do, some things don't. There is no universal rule.
