I have a HUGE test coming up & I'm truly terrified...

Be prepared!! The best thing you can do to NOT be terrified, is: study, study, study... then study some more.
If you have time, have a friend make a practice test for you to take. If you don't have time... just keep studying. If you can remember all "the stuff" you need to know for the test, you'll be much less "terrified."

To avoid getting a poorer result because of physical issues, get a lot of rest before the test ( DO NOT STAY UP ALL NIGHT STUDYING) and drink a lot of water. Study in advance a little bit every day instead of revising everything for the test the night before. Don't worry too much about your grade, because what's most important is that you learn something (even though the school system is ****** up and they don't really care about what you actually remember of your studies).
