Little droplets of moisture is forming on my Urocit Potassium Citrate pill (for kidney stones). Is this normal? What should I do? Is this just condensation?

Potassium Citrate powder is deliquescent, meaning it has such a strong affinity for moisture in the air that it will pull enough water out of the air that it goes into solution.
Once wet you risk bacterial growth, I would discard those tablets.
The manufacture says to store the tablets in a tight container. The container the pharmacy dispenses them in should keep the moisture out, if not then ask for them to be dispensed in their original container (I assume it has a safety cap, the FDA link below does not tell me.)
