b) ((25x^8y^12)^1/2) / ((-8x^6y^-6)^2/3)

a) (-32x^10y^-15)^3/5=

=(-32)^3/5(x^10)^3/5(y^-15)^3/5

=(-32)^3/5 (x^30/5) (y^-15*3/5)

=(-32)^3/5 (x^6) (y^-9)
you can simplify the number

b) ((25x^8y^12)^1/2) / ((-8x^6y^-6)^2/3)

=((25)^1/2 (x^8)^1/2 (y^12)^1/2) / ((-8)^2/3 (x^6)^2/3 (y^-6)^2/3)

=((25)^1/2 (x^4) (y^6) / ((-8)^2/3 (x^4) (y^-4)

=((25)^1/2 (x^4*x^-4) (y^6)(y^4) / ((-8)^2/3

=((25)^1/2 (x^0) (y^10) / ((-8)^2/3

=((25)^1/2 (1) (y^10) / ((-8)^2/3
