Im talking about all the college maths. I believe would better if they teach you properly how to use the scientifc calculator or even excel. why? well, in real life you always use technology to solve problems rather than paper!

It depends on the class. A science or engineering or even a "how to use my calculator" class, sure, I agree with you. Most modern problems require technology to solve, and tech makes it easier.
But thats kind of the problem. Things are too easy and you dont learn to think. How do you hope to progress the science, or the math field, for that matter, if you dont understand the concepts and the processes?
I mean, you dont even write decent English. Do you really think a lesser focus on doing things right and a greater focus on doing things easy will benefit you? Maybe your grade, but not your education.
In a pure math class, no, I dont agree. You need to learn the abstract concepts and the hows and whys and proofs. Why? Because thats what a math class is about: the math, the questions, the solution technique... not the final answers. Its all about learning to problem solve. Why do you think they expect you to show work and express your answers as exactly as possible? Anyone can guess or approximate a solution or use trial and error. Its not about practical application.
You need to truly understand the math in order to invent new problem solving methods and expand the field of math. New practical problems require new methods of approach. There is no way *you* can take even engineering to the next level if you rely on calculators, because calculators can only do what they've been programmed to do... which is entirely based on what mathematicians have understood about pure math. You are strictly limited to what you can achieve if you cannot use pen and paper and think for yourself.

At college level, that's what they do in our Country. But since even to use the scientific calculator and apply a bit of logic before using it, you need to have solved problems on paper which may not have any direct relevance but has its impact on your problem solving techniques in excel too
