I was told to take 25 mg of Zoloft each day but I only have 50 mg pills. I have been taking 25 mg for about 3 days now. This morning I forgot to cut the pill in half so I took 50 mg instead by accident. Can I resume taking 25 mg tomorrow like I'm supposed to or what?

yes you can resume the 25 tommow now if you would have taken to much more then one time i would worry but no need to worry my wife takes that and she has once in a while made the same mistake
