I took 6 50mg tablets of Dramamine on Wednesday night. Since then my pupils have been dilated (they only take up about 45% of the iris now) and I've had this terrible headache. My eyes hurt too, and they're sensitive to light, and they feel dry. Is this because of the Dramamine? I take it about every couple weeks or so, sometimes more than once in a week, and I've never had this happen before, even with higher doses.

Yes, this sounds like a side effect from the medication... Dramamine at higher doses has anticholinergic side effects.. what this means is that it may cause dry mouth, fast heart beat, blurry vision due to the dilated pupils etc.
The half life of Dramamine varies between five to nine hours. (The half life of a drug is the amount of time for half of a drug to be cleared from blood plasma.) At the end of that period, the amount and concentration of Dramamine has been removed by half. After another interval, one-forth remains. And so on, and so on. So "some" Dramamine will remain in your system for a day or two, though most of the active drug would be cleared in between five and nine hours. So next time you should be cautious while taking this medication, or better yet consult your doctor.
Best regards
