None of this sounds like a STD (so the fact that they are negative doesnt surprise me), so what else have you been tested for?I would include rheumatological illnesses, myopathies, etc.I suggest seeing an internist at a large teaching hospital to start & forget the STD stuff.......
I have been sick for over a year and continue suffering because I am unemployed with no insurance. I am 25 yr old female who has been tested 3 TIMES FOR HIV AFTER WINDOW PERIOD so dont assume I have AIDS or HIV. All my tests were NEGATIVE. Anyway, I have the following ongoing symptoms and am hoping someone who is knowledgable can give me pointers of what may be causing these symptoms, although I realize I should not "self-diagnose over the internet". This is not my intention but rather to gather info on differential diagnosis:

dizziness
extreme pins & needles pain, and intense burning sensations which also feel cold at times
chronic diarrhea with fat/mucous in stool
protein in urine
heavy pelvic discharge (clear, no odor)
severe heart palpitations
feeling need to swallow often
coughing
wrist swollen one day, then went away that night

You really do not give enough info here. None of this sounds like a STD (so the fact that they are negative doesn't surprise me), so what else have you been tested for? I would include rheumatological illnesses, myopathies, etc. I suggest seeing an internist at a large teaching hospital to start & forget the STD stuff.

I'm not a doctor, but I would recommend seeing one. It may have a lot to do with your diet. Or it can be many other things, including psychological illness. You may very well be a hypochondriac, considering that you think you have AIDS! I mean...did you really get tested 3 times for HIV? Thats a bit obsessive...unless of course your out banging bums on the street. No offense though. I wish you all the best and a speedy recovery. My diagnosis: Seek professional help.

Get to doctors now. If you don't have money, they still can't deny you a diagnosis. Tell the hospital about your situation. If you tested negative it's probably not that but you could have a combination of several other things. All I can tell you is you really must seek medical help and fast. I'm not a doctor but it sounds like you have a raging infection, maybe some type of STD that is in an advanced stage e.g., syphilis. Time is not on your side. If you value your life, get help now.

FYI, I suggest that you don't limit your questions to only certain people e.g., Doctors or Nurses- what about all the other people who may have had something like this or know others- don't you want their answers too? In this forum, you should welcome all opinions and answers, including but not limited to doctors and nurses.
