Can someone help with a function question

Explain how to determine if a give relation is a function. Give an example of a graph, table, and equation that are all functions. Determine the domain and range for each example that you give.

A slanted line witha slope of say 2/3......Passes the Vertical Line Test
DOMAIN....All Real Numbers
RANGE.....All Real Numbers

TABLE
X.....*......Y

7.....*......9
-4....*.....-5.................All x's are Different......DOES NOT MATTER about the y's
DOMAIN: {3 , 7 , - 4}
RANGR: { - 5 , 9 }

5X - 3Y = 7
Is a function because the are NO Y² ....... NO I Y I (Absolute value of Y's
and NO inequality signs (< > <= >=)
DOMAIN: All real numbers
RANGE: All Real Numbers

number by subtracting 2 from the above number and
adding 2 in front which will be....

Next, ask the person to write another five-digit number
