Im completely without pain , but its difficult to pee and poop. Plus i feel very happy. Not high, just happy. Should i go see the doctor.

Yes, you're sensitive to oxycodone and you're getting the nasty side effects now.
If you can't pee at all for 18 hours you'll have to go to the ER for a foley catheter, which you will wear home and KEEP for several days.
I would STOP taking the oxycodone totally.
You also need to take a laxative, cuz the constipation isn't going to get better.

Just make damn sure you take it only on schedule. Constipation is not at all unusual with opiates. If another 48 hours passes and you still haven't taken a dump, then call the doctor.
Not being able to pee is more of a problem. If you go another day without peeing, you need to see the doctor right away. By that I mean not peeing at all. If you are, even though it's a bit difficult, you can wait the full 48 hours before calling the doc.
'Nother question: are you drinking enough water? You should not be drinking sodas, beer, wine, or anything with caffeine until you're no longer on pain meds. And water - you should be drinking at least a quart a day - two is better.

Narcotics such as oxycodone cause constipation by slowing the movements of the bowells. This movement is called paristalsis. You can drink plenty of water and take an over the counter stool softener or use epsom salts as a laxative. If you are extremely worried about it, it is never a bad a idea to call your doctor. It is always a good idea to seek medical advice from a physician.

Narcotics like oxycodone are known to cause constipation. Your doctor should have prescribed a stool softener. You can get something over the counter from the pharmacy. If this does not work call your doctor.
Sometimes it is difficult to pee if you are constipated. If you cannot pee at all, or very little then you definitely need to see a doctor.
Good luck!
