I am majoring in Biochemistry with intent to go to medical school but if worse comes to worse and I am unable to get into medical school I want to have a plan B. I love Chemistry and might like to work as a chemist. Is it hard to get a job as one with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry instead of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry? Thanks!

No, it is a very in demand field. If you have a chemistry background, you will get hired.

Depends upon the field of science you are interested in and that you apply in, for work. Example:
"Beside jobs in environmental science, there are a number of related jobs that can be obtained with an environmental science degree. Some of these other jobs include: ecologist, chemist, air quality specialist, environmental protection specialist, planner, lobbyist, public health inspector, safety engineer, water quality specialist, and environmental educator. The list of possible jobs goes on and on."
