I took 1 pill, an the next morning I went to the court house an took an saliva drug test, would that pill show up in the test or not?

You might be all right.
Standard 5 panel drug tests do not test for Benzodiazepines. If they gave you 7 panel or above, they choose which other two additional drugs they want to test for. It's anybody's guess whether they chose Benzodiazepines. But they have 15 to choose from so your odds are somewhat decent.
In saliva Benzodiazepines (which Clonazepam is) can be detected up to 6 to 48 hours. But low dose is harder to detect than daily heavy use, so your 1 mg pill might slip by.
Your best hope is that they may not have tested for Benzodiazepines, but if they did you still have a fair chance at beating the odds.
